Beats for love festival attracts audience with top dance music artists

Industrial area of Dolní Vítkovice in Ostrava will again resound and dance to the rhythm of electronic music next summer. The 10th anniversary of the largest dance music festival in Central Europe will take place from July 3rd – 6th 2024.

“As our regular visitors say, these are the best four days of the year and we are preparing a really special programme for them. We are slowly announcing legendary names as well as new talents and the list of stars is far from over. This year, we want to make the programme so amazing that our visitors won’t know what to see first,” said Kamil Rudolf – the director of the festival.

On the main stage – the so-called Love Stage – visitors will enjoy performances by a number of star artists. The previously announced Boris Brejcha will be joined by Belgian deep-house producer Lost Frequencies, who will play his set on the very first day of the festival. On the same day, fans will surely be delighted by the Dutch duo W&W. British singer Becky Hill will perform on the same stage with a full band during the last day of the festival.

The legendary Ed Rush from Great Britain will perform his show on Saturday on one of the most popular stages newly named D&B Forge. Other confirmed British artists to rock the stage include Kanine, Friction and Prolix.

Apart from Love stage, top names will appear on stages devoted to individual genres. “An example of this is the Techno Dome stage with Iranian-American Dubfire’s show. He, also known from the duo Deep Fish, is a Grammy Award winner and is preparing a special closing set for the Beats for Love festival, i.e. a performance that will end the day in style,” says Matyáš Ožana, the festival’s marketing director. British artist Dax J will also play on the same stage.

Dance music legend, Grammy winner and four-time DJ Awards winner. That’s Roger Sanchez who will lead the Harmony House Square. Sanchez’s fans can experience his show in Ostrava after six long years.

The newly named Zion stage – previously called Reggae 2 Jungle – will have the best drum & bass MC rapper called Maddy V and it will be her first ever show in the Czech Republic. Vandal, who is one of the most important performers of the world’s raggatek scene, will also perform his show on this stage.

The German house duo Format:B will premiere at the festival on the Freedom stage. British Gentlemens Club or the break-beat star Deekline will also be introduced here.
